CHEESE AND HAM LOAF
The ingredients
- 300 g flour
- 6 eggs
- 12 tbsp milk
- 100 g melted butter
- 225 g Gruyère cheese, grated
- 300 g ham, diced
- 1 sachet baking powder
The recipe
Combine the flour and eggs, adding them one by one, followed by the milk, melted butter, Gruyere cheese and baking powder.
Add the diced ham.
Turn the mixture into a loaf tin and bake for one hour at 180°C.
Serve warm.
