Le Clos des Quarterons

Located on the terroir of Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil, the Clos des Quarterons covers 34 hectares. Six generations of the Amirault family have succeeded Clos des Quarterons since 1840. This family estate is currently operated by Xavier & Agnès Amirault. The estate produces mostly red Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil, but also rosé, "White Quarterons" and Crémant de Loire!

The Domaine de la Cotelleraie is nestled in the heart of Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil vineyards. Gérald Vallée runs the domain and is dedicated to enhance the personalities of the soils and the character of the Cabernet franc in his wines. Domaine Mabileau Guy et Lysiane

Now the family-owned domain is run by Wilfried Mabileau and Samuel Langlois. It covers 20 acres on the AOC St Nicolas de Bourgueil and Bourgueil. It is mostly located on a gravel parcel in the former bed of the Loire called "la Taille". These deep gravels produce fruity and round wines drinkeable upon release.
