APPLE, CINNAMON, AND VANILLA ICE CREAM VERRINE

The ingredients

  • 6 apples
  • 250 g of Speculoos biscuits (or similar)
  • 1 cc of cinnamon
  • 2 soupspoons of brown sugar
  • 15 g of half-salted butter
  • vanilla ice cream

The recipe

Crumble a few biscuits into the bottoms of the verrines.

Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes. Brown them in a frying pan with the brown sugar, half-salted butter and cinnamon.

Garnish the verrines with the apples.

Just before you serve, top with a little scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Decorate with crumbled biscuit.
