APPLE, CINNAMON, AND VANILLA ICE CREAM VERRINE
- 6 apples
- 250 g of Speculoos biscuits (or similar)
- 1 cc of cinnamon
- 2 soupspoons of brown sugar
- 15 g of half-salted butter
- vanilla ice cream
Crumble a few biscuits into the bottoms of the verrines.
Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes. Brown them in a frying pan with the brown sugar, half-salted butter and cinnamon.
Garnish the verrines with the apples.
Just before you serve, top with a little scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Decorate with crumbled biscuit.
