Domaine Cocteaux
Heir of a family know-how for 5 generations in Champagne and after a solid training in oenology in Epernay in the heart of the Champagne vineyard, Franck Cocteaux came to Fleuray in 1991 (commune of Cangey).
Influenced by his origins, he naturally oriented the Cocteaux estate towards the production of sparkling wines to complement still wines. And it is with passion that he passes on his experience and passion to the next generation of winemakers... his sons.
The estate is spread over 2 departments (Indre et Loire & Loir et Cher) and produces wines with Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée, Touraine, Touraine Mesland and Crémant de Loire.
Operating as an "independent winegrower", all the production is sold directly.
