A modern house in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Nantes and the Vignoble Nantais wine-growing area. Large enclosed grounds of 5000m² with vegetable garden, ducks, hens and geese. Swimming pool open May-Sept. (not heated). 2 bedrooms: one is in a separate annexe with a double bed, lounge area, desk and en-suite shower room with WC. The other one is in the owner's house, with double bed and en-suite room, WC are on the landing. Additional facilities: WiFi access, 2 bikes, sèche-ligne, little fridge, freezer and highchair.
