The cottages at Le Château du Giaudière are located in a 15 acres parkland setting with a small pond. Peace and quiet is the order of the day - there's nothing to interupt a good night's sleep except some night-time star-gazing. Open all-year-round, this loft-style gîte comes with quality bedding, linen is available (20 Euros surcharge) washing machine, dishwasher, oven with extractor fan, hob, fridge - everything you need to have a great holiday. Not only is it located in a beautiful part of the region, there is also plenty to see and do: hiking trails, vineyards to explore (with the occasional tasting thrown in!), one of the longest cycle paths in Europe that traces the banks of the Loire plus a really nice golf course in Angers (7kms away)
Like the other gîte, it is well equipped, suiting familes or groups of 4 people Tastefully decorated ? Yes of course but that's not really the most important thing as you'll be spending most of your time outside enjoying the sun
