South-east of Nantes, our 4 hectare estate produces a white wine from the Melon de Bourgogne grape variety: TOPAZE Muscadet Sèvre et Maine Sur Lie. Old vines, hand picking, low temperature vinification, maturation on fine lees all contribute to the vivacity and the finesse of our wines, which will delight your taste buds at any time.
