Domaine de la Grande Brosse
The Domaine de la Grande Bosse, situated above the village of Saint Aubin de Luigné, was created in 1998 by two former employees of the wine industry.The vineyard uses sustainable cultivation methods for the benefit of nature and the vines but also to improve the quality of the wines. In order to control yields and avoid soil erosion we grow grass between the vines. For our Coteaux de Layon the grapes are hand-picked.We reserve a warm, friendly welcome to our visitors and take great pleasure in sharing our know-how with them.
