How to taste wine
Harmonies between food and wine
Our wines : where to find them?

It’s time for your guests to arrive, but of course you’re running behind schedule. Not by much, but all the same!
”What are you doing? Can I help?” How many times have we all heard this little question and replied, “No thank you, I’ve finished!”
Don’t let this special moment pass by and instead answer, “Of course you can, come and join me for a chat while I finish this.”
You chat over a glass of wine, the same one that is simmering away in the pan. You chat about recipes and apologise for the delay. You lift saucepan lids, open the oven to have a look and smell and then you go to join the others. “At last!” That’s strange - you thought you’d only been 5 minutes!
